They advise health professionals and their customers about food, exercise and nutritional supplements. These nutritional supplements are developed and produced in their own factory in the Rotterdam area (The Netherlands). The company is innovative and growing and still has its informal and professional basic ground.
With their office in the Valencia region of Alicante (Spain) they want to steer the increase of Sales in Spain significantly, they are looking for a Sales orientated Marketeer who knows the Spanish Business culture by heart and knows how to build a bridge between the Spanish and Dutch departments and culture.

Together with your Dutch and Spanish Marketing and Sales Peers, you will explore the Spanish Market for Bonusan Products. With the gathered knowledge, you will develop together a marketing and sales proposition which will increase the sales with existing and new customers in the Spanish market. Part of this energetic position is regular traveling (+/- twice a month) between the location in Spain and The Netherlands
The general (and not limited to) tasks and (shared) responsibilities for this position are:
You will have your share in translating the Commercial Strategy of Bonusan into an effective Sales & Marketing Plan for Spain;
Interact with customers and understand their requirements. Ensure alignment for product delivery and order confirmation to keep the time-to-market as short as possible;
Understand market dynamics and analyze changing trends in the market. Keep tabs on competitor scenario, provide input to management by developing Commercial scenarios.
Build customer relationships, liaising with current and new players and establishing new mutually beneficial marketing partnerships in order to manage and nurture business / customer relationships.
Understand new product developments and you pitch new products to customers
Increase product portfolio by adding new products and ensure proper & timely delivery\
Understand priority areas for accounts, future strategy, etc.. Identify areas of improvement and opportunities offered by the account in order to maintain a strong relationship and growth with customer.
Work with internal teams to develop new Marketing & Sales programs around the Bonusan products.

Affinity with nutritional supllements - health sector -
Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing
Experience in a brand environment
Experience with multi-channel strategy / e- commerce
Native or excellent level of the Spanish language and knowledge by heart of the Spanish Culture.
Fluent level of Dutch or English
If you are not living already in the Dutch or Spanish are you are willing to relocate
Willingness to travel regularly between the Netherlands and Spain
